People feel that we are all working towards a common goal and are willing to be helpful in any way possible for the good of the team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It wasn't the normal "tell me about yourself" style interview. I think making people present to a small group allows you to learn a lot about them in a short amount of time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
While we all work as hard as possible to hit our numbers to work towards the company goal, we still have fun and keep things light-hearted which I feel offloads a lot of stress.

They maintain laser focus on the company's major goals while ensuring that every employee understands the mission and is as comfortable as possible in their work environment. They see the forest without overlooking the individual trees.
