Everybody at work, whether they work in different department are very cordial, helpful. Everyone respects each others ethnicity. I don't feel like a minority.

Meeting with different team leads and get to talk with them during interview process and meet in person with the company CEO as part of the interview process was exciting.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparent, understanding their employee's requirement, right to talk your mind, open communication, equality, work environment is clean ( no office drama). Leaders are very professional and are very supportive of their sub ordinates.
