I'm happy with my current workload and role. I also look forward to working with my co-workers each day.

My team values having a good work-life balance. We get along extremely well and I look forward to speaking with them every day.

I love the consistent transparency that the leadership team displays. I also like the positive outlook that they have as it helps to create a great company culture.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I liked that I was given the opportunity to interview with a few different people that I would be working with. It allowed me to get a better sense of what to expect if I was hired.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The leadership team encourages employees to submit commendations to their manager when other employees go above and beyond. These commendations are then read to the company as a whole at our company meetings. This helps to build a sense of comradery as we learn how much others appreciate our work.
