What makes you most happy at work?Seeing dave vadis and his smile and positive energy
What makes you most happy at work?Dave vadis mentorship abd positive attitude
What is the best part about your compensation package?Dave vadis gave great incentives and encourage you to do better
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They are very good at what they do. Pitch you a job that sounds perfect (mostly using the client's name) then you get stuck. The job they tell you about is not the job you will have. Even asking the right questions won't help. They just won't tell you the truth. It's pretty awful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel more tricked then undervalued. The work I do is pretty elementary (it wasn't pitched that way to me). I knew the pay coming in, which is very low, but I figure I would get skills. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. Also, when you talk about these issues you just get excuses. They don't care.
What needs to change to make the company culture better? They need to be honest. The constant lying makes for a very toxic environment. Sure, Tech-pro might not get as high-quality workers if they were honest about the job they are hiring for. But if you want a productive happy workforce, the work must fit the worker. You don't get that through lies.
