Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They claim that their base salaries align with the market... however, no profit bonuses or incentives for employees unless the company does amazing... no motivation

Again, starts with management and their only focus of more eyes on the platform

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There is no hope for this company
Transparency and trusting of employees especially engineers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
This was a long time ago - at the time, it was not only about knowledge or technical know how, it was also about the personality and fit

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No focus on relationships, as was the case in the past. Clients loved us for the competency we bring and the trusting relationships and engagements we nurtured
