The executive team implements changes without giving details or allowing enough time for adjustments. Communication is lack luster
The executive team implements changes without proper notification or consideration to the negative effects it has on staff for short notice and/or its effects on staff
Everything. Don't abuse your staff and insult them everyday.
Following the company handbook I never received at ALL.
Treating everyone equally and stopping the gossip. Acting professional and stop playing favoritism.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I’ve tried to contact HR several times and have been misdirected by my own management team intentionall
Management talked about other coworkers while i was working and they didnt care who they were talking in front of. I was brushed off when i had a complaint about another employee mistreating me in front of customers.
I feel undervalued because I'm underpaid. Constantly question in the work place as well.

So many things i live it
Hardworking dependable caring accepting loving
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
No one cares about health code.
Learning patience and being professional in the workplace.
Being adults. Everyone knows everyone else's business.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The only positive is interactions with the guests
Love everything so much !
Customers are upbeat and the GM were professional. Food is great & the tips were great.

Management new employees and a equal opportunity to be management
