Unprofessional. Ive NEVER worked for a company that was as Unprofessional as this one. The money was good but management DEFINITELY needs a lot of work. A loy of favoritism.

Treating everyone equally and stopping the gossip. Acting professional and stop playing favoritism.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Customers are upbeat and the GM were professional. Food is great & the tips were great.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Management talked about other coworkers while i was working and they didnt care who they were talking in front of. I was brushed off when i had a complaint about another employee mistreating me in front of customers.
