Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The entire time I worked there (almost 3 years) we were promised things like 401k, and better benefits... it never happened.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
All the employees at Sister Circle (a black daytime talkshow) were laid off in April 2020 when the pandemic was scary for everyone.
