What did you like most about the interview process?I like the people, they seemed genuinely interested in me and excited to get to know me. Very personable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? We have nice windows in the building I'm in. Not much culture anymore, just company specific aphorisms and catch phrases.
What are some of the best things about your team? They believe in customers and they value the memory of the Tektronix Brand. We work hard to support one another despite management. I work with people who still believe in getting things done right and on time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? As with every company that values Shareholders over employees the benefits become more and more anemic year over year.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Valuing the Employees over the Shareholders. Valuing the Customer over the Shareholders. Listening to employee feedback. Delivering an organized strategy and or even a vision.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Personal opinion can interrupt professional collaboration on projects.
