Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The system repetitiveness and poor design needs change and my voice is not heard. Make the improvements and increase the pay to at least $95 for 1099

I am pd $55.a session, whether Intake or therapy. I have one day off a week. I have no idea who is making 6 figure salaries, I have the highest degree in my profession and many yrs exp. There are no benefits and no stock and no anything.
