Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Higher wage and less stress

Better and equal pay among similar positions, advanced benefits, acknowledgement of duties above and beyond job description, too much focus on negatives. No chance to advance or pay raise despite adding skills and responsibilities.

I brought over 25 years of experience with me to the company and it would be nice if I were treated like that instead of being talked down to like somebody who doesn't know anything by people who have never actually done my job.

30% pay raise, stock amd better benefits

There is more stress everyday and not enough employees to cover all the work we have

The pressure to continually make shipments does not explain the low wages. There are promises made to skilled workers that their wages and title will increase, but it is false motivation to ensure the employee stays within the company. More compensation for such a rare technical skill.
