Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The leadership team does not support the floor supervisors. Too often they are stuck in between the needs of the customer and the direction of the leadership team. The pay is low compared to other similar businesses in the area.

Missteps in direction, time, and action.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
stop gossip because it hurts the team and production goes slow

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Needs a better HR director
A sense of support, reasonable space (elbow room), resources to complete the job at hand, enough people to do the daily workload, and a greater sense of teamwork.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Nothing tricky or text book like. Straight forward, with HR and management involvement.
