What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview is like real work not hazing. Candidates solve real life problems in a respectful and helpful pairing with a skilled engineer. Even candidates who did not advance let me know they loved the interview process and learned a lot.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great competitive comp package that also includes an unbelievable 10k wellness benefit. Our comp philosophies are great too with annual comp surveys that have often included raises for whole teams/departments or regions when they discover its not as competitive as we should be.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love our meeting culture, its very few meetings that really respects peoples time and trusts them to get the job done in the best way for them. Despite the low meeting volume coworkers are always happy to jump in and pair on working through hard problems.
