Everyone is so warm, inviting, and kind.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think it's fascinating that the majority of them tend to be introverts. The executives are all sharp, intelligent, calculated, yet kind, gentle, and warm.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work I get to do, my teammates, the greater connection of all teams company-wide, and ultimately I feel like the company is having success - which feels awesome to be a part of.
What did you like most about the interview process?
How conversational the calls felt, how they took the time to get to know me and learn about me, how they put the ball in my court and didn't pressure me with making a decision.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I appreciate my team's balance with working independently yet readiness to come together and collaborate when need be. I feel like I can be trusted to work independently while still feeling part of the larger group and that sense of team camaraderie.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 10k Wellness Benefit! I've never heard of a company providing an additional $10k (on top of compensation) for employees to use on whatever they define as wellness. It's a testament to the company's values and demonstrates how they care about us inside and outside of the workplace.
