As an AE, I really like the 50/50 split and commission structure. Also, the wellness benefit is pretty cool. Hopefully the equity will be as well down the line!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inclusiveness and willingness to be open to new ideas. There's also an active effort to get people involved in various non-work-related things like team games, cooking classes etc. Since it's a remote company, they've done a good job with this
