I've worked at a number of different companies in a variety of sectors. Teleport's culture puts the previous companies I've worked at to shame. Everyone here is kind, generous with their time, and seeks to support each other. There is a natural beauty in what Ev and the leaders have done here.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to meet most of my team during the interview process. I think that was the best part of interviewing here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My current team at Teleport are all go-getters. They work hard and help each other out if anyone asks for a hand in a project.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always available to chat, even with the front-line employees. They leave their calendars open to anyone who wants to reserve time and are happy to chat about non-work-related topics and ideas.
What makes you most happy at work?
We utilize Slack channels to engage across the teams and there are several channels dedicated to fitness, movies, and nature. It's like we have subcultures within the Teleport culture. It's really fun to be a part of.
