Success. While there are hard and stressful times, this company delivers consistently. And opportunity. The company is so young, you can easily make a massive impact.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team works to push as much information out as possible. You feel connected, part of the strategy, and most importantly, they are open to feedback. Despite '20-'21 being a giant global mess, the leadership team successfully led the company to successful growth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
If you don't like something, you're empowered and encouraged to fix it. They tout the open-source aspect of the company, which is true. Many decisions and efforts are defined and completed in the open via Github. Not just software, but company decisions as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team does a great job of working together toward our manager's defined goals. There's a great sense of community, despite the team being 100% remote. I'm on a more technical team, and my team is constantly helping me to learn something new. My team has helped me grow substantially.
