I recently joined Teleport as a Sales Development Representative. My experience has been great. The onboarding process is smooth and Teleport provides you with the resources and support to be successful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is transparent and engaging. Weekly meetings where we go over company wide information. Very team-oriented environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team works together. Everyone is extremely communicative and we understand that we all share a common goal. Our collaboration is what sets us apart.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The hiring manager shared success stories from people in the role that I was interviewing for. Additionally, they were very straight forward and transparent about what I would be doing.
What makes you most happy at work?
The incentive based culture. Incentives go beyond monetary compensation at Teleport. Whenever someone succeeds the entire company is there to cheer them on. This type of support makes me happy in my role.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Teleport understands that a competitive base salary along with OTE's is what attracts talent. I feel like my OTE and the security that my base salary provides is truly what sets Teleport apart from others.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone shares a common goal and that goal is to see the company succeed. With that type of culture, we engage with each other in a positive way, leadership gives us opportunities to engage with our co-workers in a non-work capacity (i.e. virtual cooking classes etc.)
