Steven has been with Telvista for six years during which time he has excelled in his roles as Client Care Executive, Director of Strategic Accounts, and, most recently, Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Business Development. Prior to his career at Telvista, Steven directed call center operations, client services, vendor management, account management, contract negotiations, business development, and all call center support staff functions. Additionally, his background boasts experience in the Financial, Telecom, B2B Sales, Consumer Sales, Tech, Wireless, Travel, and Retail industries to name a few. He has directly managed multiple operations within the US, Philippines, and Mexico.
