What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the fact that we all work together for a great cause. When I was first new to the shop, my team helped me become a better salesman.

Leadership does not listen to employees or help them grow
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am a volunteer and "compensation" is in the form of a 20% discount.
