I enjoy the weekly paychecks

32 years of service. I was kicked to the curb. I’m not ready to retire. I was an outstanding employee. My inventory was always at the top 98-100 %. I made my supervisors look g8 during inventory. I’m devastated that TENARIS choose to ignore me & forget me & my years of dedicat

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Working less hours and opportunities to grow

Review from Operations Dept

You are working very very long hours due to the lack of investment in IT technologies. Better to work consulting and be well compensated.

Do not discriminate against women

They do not reward employees for going above and beyond their scope of work, even when we are understaffed and working longer hours

Review from Operations Dept

Lack of formal training and resources

Review from Operations Dept

Higher pay, more staff would be a start

Wage is very low in comparison to other workplaces doing similar jobs in the area

The demand we receive is not equally compensed

More money in pension and hourly wages

You work in an operators position but get paid support wages...takes a very long time to hit a good wage.

Almost 20 years as an employee with Tenaris algoma tubes and making approximately 66% of what algoma steel employees make in the same region...not fair

Review from Product Dept

Maintenance people are under paid that’s the reason we lose so many good people. If the mill would get repaired properly production would go up, blue collars worker would get better bonus bringing the moral up, creating a better work environme

Because we are treated like the number we are given with no appreciation for the work and sacrafices we've made since the place opened. It's always production, production, production, instead of the so called safety first and treat your employees like humans

Review from Operations Dept

Increase in pay and provided sick days, especially during this pandemic

I do not necessarily feel undervalued. I am however over worked and over burdened with tasks. Considering the extra at times heavy burden, I feel I should receive extra compensation for having to work in such an environment.

Gainshare bonus is a joke. Tonnage bonus was much better.

Give us better monthly bonuses.

We do everything possible to run a line like they want but the lack of support and maintenance is hindering our growth.

Review from Operations Dept

Not being paid properly for the job that I'm performing

Better pay. Not getting laid off every 2 years
