What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Communication and treating people with respect. Provide transparency and stop treating employees like garbage by manipulating and creating toxic work environments.

Review from Operations Dept

A change in company culture that will only come from staffing Executive and middle management with Americans.

Dont be discriminatory towards women

Communication is horribly lacking. Two different directions given by two different people, and no one knows how to talk to each other

Communication, honesty, compassion and just being fair.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

Working less hours and opportunities to grow

Review from Operations Dept

You are working very very long hours due to the lack of investment in IT technologies. Better to work consulting and be well compensated.

Do not discriminate against women

They do not reward employees for going above and beyond their scope of work, even when we are understaffed and working longer hours

Review from Operations Dept

Lack of formal training and resources

Review from Operations Dept

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

There is no HR reinforcement to be ethical or hold company values. This is why you see so much discrimination and bullying. Toxic work environment, Tenaris lost a lawsuit for religious discrimination and retaliation.

Review from Operations Dept

There are no follow ups to meetings, little to no collaboration even within the same team.

Midland warehouse.... (warehouse employee here) employees clock in and go home .... or hide in back corner by parts washer and play on there phones Entire Shift .. less than half the team are worthy of Tenaris

Training needs to be a focus. People need to be properly trained on safety practices and not just thrown to the wolves.

Not being arrogant and rude because they don’t like someone of some bs judgemen

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

New leadership and qualified management; very unqualified and uncoached managers.

Review from Operations Dept

Hire American, stop placing expats in all management positions.

Fire half of run ready and replace the children

Better wages , more people and more maintenance

Review from Operations Dept

The pay needs to be raised mill wide

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Interviews Reviews

Be honest about hours expected to work

Review from Operations Dept

Be honest during interviews on expectations of working long hours, a lot of fake positive reviews on glassdoor.

Dont lie. Don't discriminate. Contact me. Dont ignore me and leave me on read.

Eliminate the assessment centers and ridiculous "tests" and activities. Quicker response time. It should not take 2 MONTHS to hear back. I believe the HR rep who contacted me quit or got fired.

Review from Operations Dept

Way to many tests for such little pay

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Understaffed, management treat employees like they are beneath, zero accountability for high turnover.

Review from Operations Dept

No cross training and always short staffed.

The culture at Tenaris is so messed up they have a high rate of turnover because of the management and it's a one-way street and nobody cares they care about their bonuses and how they look as individuals Quincy is a prime example of what Tenaris does not want and need

Review from Operations Dept

Do not discriminate against women

Equipment needs to be fixed, leading to a lack of product for customers, making customers wait for our product, or they receive product shopped in from out-of-country.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Outlook Reviews

There is no hope, company culture cannot be changed.
