Executive Bio
Ms. Audrey T. Andrews has been the Senior Vice President at Tenet Healthcare Corp. since July 2008 and has been its General Counsel since January 2013. Ms. Andrews served as Chief Compliance Officer of Tenet Healthcare Corp., since November 15, 2006. Ms. Andrews served as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for regulatory affairs of Tenet. In that position, she led Tenet's law department regulatory group, handling Medicare reimbursement, quality of care and other regulatory issues. She joined Tenet in 1998 as a Hospital Operations Counsel and since 1999 she has provided counsel to Tenet's compliance program. She is a Member of the Dallas, Texas and American Bar Associations and American Health Lawyers Association. Ms. Andrews serves on the Quality Committee and Law and Operational Policy Committee of the Federation of American Hospitals. Ms. Andrews holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Government in 1989 and a Juris Doctorate from University of Texas at Austin in 1991.
