He has been the Vice Chairman at Tenet Healthcare Corp. since October 2013. He served as the Vice Chairman of Vanguard Health Systems Inc. since May 2001. Mr. Pitts has been a Director of Sunburst Hospitality Corporation since November 1997. He has been a Director of AirStrip Technologies, Inc. since October 30, 2012.
