Salary is relatively high and health insurance coverage is strong.
I do lot of things it like savings money
The insurance benefits were nice for an entry job
Bonus system and base pay
Medical plan is good and 401K
Benefits are fine. Dental and health are good
compared with others, it is better
What compensation package? Lmao still waiting for HR to update the unemployment info
HSA contributions, 401K match, wage
I am paid well for my efforts.
Sick pay when you are ill or injured
my wife and child have insurance and the company matches some of my 401k investments
I believe my base salary is very competitive
As of now im inly a temp. Once i get hired on ill know more what to expect about this company. The rate im given is my experince only with my agency(Recruiter)
Treated like a rented mule. More and more work on fewer people and they keep reducing benefits. Give back a little to the workers. Earn their loyalty
But pay and more time off. People work to live not live to work. But when getting under paid and having to work all thw time just to make sure you can pay your bills is not right
Health insurance coverage got worse and costs more
Cost of living and other jobs in the area have a significant higher rate
A profit sharing program tied to years of service.
Raise would be nice, cost of living has raised. Wage needs to be adjusted again.
raise would be very nice
A buck after year is an insult.

I'm asked to perform tasks I'm not qualified to perform, for minimum starting wages.
As long as your not considered a favorite your work value doesn't matter.
Review from Product Dept
Profit sharing more than 10%
The wages are about 2 dollars an hour below industry standard wages in the region. Their shift premiums also don't measure up, .65, .70 cents respectively, about half of what most companies pay in the region.
More money and better benefits
the deductibles are too high
