Better communication, better truthful communication, More incentives, Holding people accountable And replace in that human resources department altogether

I'm not sure there was really any good or bad talk about the CEO But one consistent gripe was stopping lying and better communication amongst the departments

Decent but not cheap medical, vacation and holiday were standard

Again for your usual workers not so bad for management little crazier

They go through a department that has no clue what's going on called HR, that never took management's considerations

For management it was great, some people got a little and there were quite a few that hadn't had a raise in years

A few of the good people interactions and the job itself

I was challenged and I absolutely loved it. Took on projects that I had never really encountered before but was able to work through them, however, some supervisors you just couldn't work with at all

Management a little harder because the hours they put in when they're there, Everyone else for the most part OK

None and everybody there feels that way

Feedback seems pretty good at 1st, but it ends up being bunch of lies.

What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Tenneco?
As with a lot of companies, the lies, and two faced nonsense and leaving a decent permanent temp job thinking and being told that this was going to be a hired on position, then being let go out of nowhere. 2 weeks later, my position was posted again!

Overall the "office" is always at some sort of tension. HR is the biggest problem there as with a lot of other places but this one is so far the worst. Very chatty and two-faced environment.
