They usually work pretty hard and they're always stressed. People don't seem to care that they can't immediately do stuff when they are constantly on calls 5+ hours a day.

Enforcing EQUAL expectation for ALL races and genders.Yes it's unfair at times again not just meask SEVERAL employees.
Hiring and retaining quality employees. Turnover is a huge issue. Employees are not valued and treated as an expense not an asset. Culture of the company is dismal.
Accountability and nipping problems instead of blaming everyone down the line.
They need to retire. They are only good at stealing there paycheck
Screaming and yelling at people doesn't solve problems.

People skills and development are the main attributes to better leadership. unfortunately they create such a toxic work environment, we have labour shortages everyday. the shortages put more work onto the people who do show, which creates higher stress level and more internal conflict.
They are a complete disaster. They need to retire.
