Our Tenneco group are culturely and environment friendly company.
Culture of care and inclusion
For the most part WE ALL seem to co-exist without any major issues

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Fire all of HR, clean slate. Hire new management that cares about quality. Hire real supervisors and not people off the floor.

Stop promoting from within the company.

A complete eradication of all upper management. They're all stuck in the 1980's in terms of people development and retainment of talent. None of them are qualified with post secondary educations, working your way up to the top is admirable, but not productive in terms of running a business.
