Absolute chaos, everything is a disaster.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Less of a drill sergeant attitude.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Work together as a team instead of against. Less sabotaging.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Accountability and nipping problems instead of blaming everyone down the line.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management is horrible, nobody has a clue. Fire current HR department.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raise would be nice, cost of living has raised. Wage needs to be adjusted again.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Fire all of HR, clean slate. Hire new management that cares about quality. Hire real supervisors and not people off the floor.
