Great company to work for, I've worked here for almost 30 years.. Unfortunately horrible management at Cambridge plant. Very rude and disrespectful to salary and unionized personnel. Current plant manager has no business being in that position . Terrible leadership skills to say the least.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Giving and showing respect at all levels and not belittle be in open crowds

Plant manager and current hr staff have been in this facility for too long, still running it the way old plant manager conducted himself. Need faces and fresh ideas in this pkant
