Giving and showing respect at all levels and not belittle be in open crowds
Enforcing EQUAL expectation for ALL races and genders.Yes it's unfair at times again not just meask SEVERAL employees.
Accountability and nipping problems instead of blaming everyone down the line.
They need to retire. They are only good at stealing there paycheck
Hiring and retaining quality employees. Turnover is a huge issue. Employees are not valued and treated as an expense not an asset. Culture of the company is dismal.
As of now im inly a temp. Once i get hired on ill know more what to expect about this company. The rate im given is my experince only with my agency(Recruiter)
Treated like a rented mule. More and more work on fewer people and they keep reducing benefits. Give back a little to the workers. Earn their loyalty
But pay and more time off. People work to live not live to work. But when getting under paid and having to work all thw time just to make sure you can pay your bills is not right
Health insurance coverage got worse and costs more
Cost of living and other jobs in the area have a significant higher rate
Work together as a team instead of against. Less sabotaging.
Stop lying and complaining and actually do some work
Stop talking about everybody else.
Review from Product Dept
Working as a team and not against. Less sabotaging.
More communication and less lying
Fire all of HR, clean slate. Hire new management that cares about quality. Hire real supervisors and not people off the floor.
A completely different management team
Stop promoting from within the company.
Review from Product Dept
A complete eradication of all upper management. They're all stuck in the 1980's in terms of people development and retainment of talent. None of them are qualified with post secondary educations, working your way up to the top is admirable, but not productive in terms of running a business.
HR and there crappy hater attitudes
Less of a drill sergeant attitude.
Actually ask questions about the lackluster management
Someone who has more patience and less drill sergeant.
A different HR department with new leadership
Bad leaders produce bad followers. Change the culture back to being employee driven by employees that are experts at their job. But it is too late, as most of the knowledge and experience have left
Quality measuring needs to be automated. Good/bad right off the plc which gets transmitted to the ERP. Focus on retention - onbaording needs to improve substaintially.
Plant manager and current hr staff have been in this facility for too long, still running it the way old plant manager conducted himself. Need faces and fresh ideas in this pkant
Management is horrible, nobody has a clue. Fire current HR department.
We need to fire the management and start over
i would like to see the morale improve.
