Stop meeting for the sake of meeting. Start with a clear agenda and stick to it.
Be more decisive. That's tough in a large, global company, but checking in with every stakeholder drags decisions out for weeks or months. "Not to decide is to decide."
Trying to do too much with too few resources. Realize it's daunting to turn a "ship" as big as Teradata around, but we need all hands pulling in the same direction and we need more hands.
