What do you like best about the leadership team?
My current manager is a micro manager and has no confidence with anything the team does, it's very discouraging when you're continually being looked at over your shoulder. That warrants for making mistakes.

Very much micromanaged and fast paced. Breaks and lunches are not encouraged.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewer was very positive, gave a good explanation of the open role and answered questions thoroughly.
