Terracin is a pretty mediocre company that mostly talk and not so much follow through. They do some things well, but mediocrity is the norm and theres seems to be a pretty bad echo chamber effect problem.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people immediately around me, some of my long term projects, flexibility.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The personal quality amd long term nature of the relationships, the understanding, and the expertise for me to learn from.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Im underpaid by about 20ish percent based off the offers I get from headhubters. The benfits made up for it, but the health insurance is getting questionable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Its depends which leadership. Some are vwey eefecrive and efficient in wirk and communictaion. Some suffer forn the typical corporate syndrom of comnunicating in insincere trendy buzzword language and talking much more than actually doing anything.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My immediate office is excellent, a lot of the other offices seem to be a bit of a shit show. Its hit or miss. The corporate part of the company is pretty disconnected from what the majoirty of the company actually is, and has usually made most of my normal tasks more difficult to complete
