It can very stressful do to the high value of request for support, especially when servicing over 5000 enployees with a skeleton crew and not so tech savy employee.

I enjoy working with my team and my direct manager. I like the idea of promoting from with in.

Seems that you pay quite a bit but no much is covered, still pay quite a bit out of pocket.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Sometimes it seems to be a waste of time becuase there is so much work to accomplish, forcing to find something to talk about
