Pay is good, benefits are adequate. The best part is the direct career paths and Terracons investment in getting their workers certifications and training.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all have a great attitude about the work we do and strive to help/teach each other. There is no one on my team I wouldn't invite to my dinner table.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My department manager and office manager are both incredibly knowledgeable, eager to teach the next wave to incoming professionals, and understanding that burn out is real so breaks are needed to keep people happy and healthy.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interactions with my team, and moments in the field when people in other industries recognize that I am knowledgeable of the work being done and they can rely on me to solve the issues at hand.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all understand that consulting can be difficult due to the variable hours and fast pace. We strive to give breaks, take turns, and distribute work loads to keep anyone from getting overwhelmed. People seem eager to help each other.
