Communication! They are also so regimented that it doesn't allow for innovation.

What makes you most happy at work?
At this job, nothing. What would make me happy would be communication, trust, support, and just treating employees like people.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I actually turned them down 2x before. Then gave them a chance when there was new management that sought me out.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
People spread rumors that I said terrible things about management and coworkers. Questioned everything I did, when I had 10 years experience in that role with a former employer, and they didn't know now or previously have my role.
