so far so good I haven't had any bumps yet. The company seems more stable then the last company.

Great work culture, but long hours during the summer. Room for growth if I am willing to wait for awhile.
Overall, Terracon is great about keeping safety at the forefront. Terracon is also great about providing many training opportunities; however, expect to be managing projects with a couple years of experience with minimal pay and a title of field-staff level employee.
