I actually love this company after working here for years. It's a shame they can't pay perm staff near what they pay travelers.

Not sure honestly, it took a while to get to a fair ish wage

Accessibility. I can always reach out and feel heard even if I can't effect the change a union might make.

Me myself and I... we have good camaraderie for the most part. Just a few bad actors like any place.
