They increase the job responsiblities continuously and make the job harder with less resources.

Competitive pay would help, which would mitigate the big turnover rate. In my previous organizations I was able to go to continuing education conferences that was paid for by the hospital.

There is healthy conflict to allow the best idea to win. Everyone has the same goal of quality healthcare delivery. There is often a vast array of knowledge from different specialities that come together. Everyone is willing to help.
