They walk the talk. I know that they are living our Values and Goals!

The leaders at THR truly care about what we do for the community and our patients. They walk their talk. They are good people besides being good leaders. It's a big company so some of the lower managers I can't say the same about - and when you turn to HR they go to the next higher manager only.

Annual Bonus if THR meets its metrics.

In IT we can work from home a few days a week. It's a really great benefit!

The PTO days include both sick time and vacation, so I am not penalized for not being out sick !

It's a big company and for the most part our company culture is exceptional. Of course there are managers that stink - but that's life sometimes.
