What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is supportive of one another and wants the others to succeed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
In IT we can work from home a few days a week. It's a really great benefit!
What did you like most about the interview process?
Laid back and conversational. It was a few years ago. The current position was much more stressful
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It's a big company and for the most part our company culture is exceptional. Of course there are managers that stink - but that's life sometimes.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leaders at THR truly care about what we do for the community and our patients. They walk their talk. They are good people besides being good leaders. It's a big company so some of the lower managers I can't say the same about - and when you turn to HR they go to the next higher manager only.
