Texas Instruments Outlook Employee Reviews

What makes you most happy at work?

Some folks are driven by dollars. I do not need credit, awards, etc. I need spirit of cooperation and I get it when I need it.

Flexibility and helping build career

Knowing I am part of the TI corporation

I love what I do and the people I work with

Solving next generation technical problems

closing my computer after another 12 hour day

I just really love working with my co-workers. We all keep one another on pace and try to meet goals.

Just being here in my capacity

Review from Operations Dept

Job satisfaction- helping otheres succede

Having the tools I need and sufficient staff to do a good job. Company needs to really dig in and figure out how to keep good workers from quitting. Start with pay.

Looking at my paycheck every other Friday and realizing I make six figures with no degree.

The handful of coworkers that I like and respect

Working with talented people on challenging projects

Review from Engineering Dept

Being able to solve problems that I find exciting even if that problem was not assigned to me directly.

Review from Engineering Dept

I like working for a company that cares for the employees as well

Able to be apart of the team in a tremendous way.... Dependability

Review from Operations Dept

The things I look forward to most are working with the people that I do and implementing project solutions that have an impact on the rest of the company.

Review from IT Dept

Knowing that I'm accepted for who I am and that my thoughts and contributions are respected.

Review from Engineering Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

If changes are not made in the next 5 years, TI will not have a workforce or knowledge base to function due to high turnover rate, and large age gap in workforce.

Better work-life balance, less politics, clear strategic vision that includes investing on future technology

Review from Engineering Dept

For the most part everything is going well
