visionary and willing to make changes
I' m a seasoned Exec Assist with 47 years experience. I have worked for many leaders, but my current leader is the absolute best. A good and fair man who does not micromanage and allows you to grow and tap into unexplored areas so you can max. your potential. I never have bad work days. Grateful

I could sense that interviewers were more interested in following my thought process than necessarily in me regurgitating the right answers, which helped alleviate the feeling that I was taking an exam.
What makes you most happy at work?
Some folks are driven by dollars. I do not need credit, awards, etc. I need spirit of cooperation and I get it when I need it.
