Review from IT Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I dont feel that I am undervalued, we are getting closer to the right salary point. I took a large cut to come here and don't regret it one bit. Great company and I love working here!

Review from HR Dept

Bonuses would make me feel better

Review from Finance Dept

cost of living adjustments for early career

Review from Legal Dept

I feel like the compensation should be better suited to the current economy.

Review from HR Dept

Wage increases to match the current economy and cost of living. When you pick up more work, compensation should reflect appropriately.

Review from HR Dept

Cost of living vs. pay rate is pretty far apart

Review from HR Dept

Paid overtime or increae salary to natch the work/time/effort.

Review from Finance Dept

Lack of bonuses and raises are too spaced out to help with location of office and inflation support. No free parking.

Review from Finance Dept

I'm asked to do more than what I was hired for constantly. Constantly. You've got the wrong people in leadership roles and they expect their staff to just give all their personal time to "the cause". If I'm going to contribute my time, maybe I should be compensated for it.

Review from Finance Dept

Compensation lags market place, and work structure is very rigid, management style is straight 1990's

Review from Legal Dept

I had an offer for another manufacturing company in a city with a comparable cost of living to my current location for 10% more in base compensation. I would always want my compensation to be at or above comparable rates.

Review from Finance Dept

I think the work I am doing here I could be getting paid more at another company

Review from IT Dept

Compared to my peers in other companies I am being paid less to do a similar job

Review from IT Dept

Employees are paid just inline with the median but are asked to do drastically more. Its not the case at every business unit, but most are stingy with pay given how successful the company is.

Review from HR Dept

The compensation is below the market average.

Review from IT Dept

I thibk the compensation is extremely fair, but not competitive

Review from HR Dept

I believe the pay for my role is below average

Review from IT Dept

Based on everyday expenses, the raise provided this year was on the insulting side. It was pretty poor and barely provides assistance with the basic cost of living increases. The parking stipend is peanuts compared to daily/monthly parking costs.

Review from HR Dept

The compensation is below average for industry and area. Staffing is minimum resulting in 50-60 hour work weeks that barely at a reasonable pay at 40-45. Fix this.

Review from IT Dept

A more competive wage compared to other companies and the area
