It's been an amazing journey thus far with plenty of challenges along the way as we have re-structured company-wide and within my team. I love my team and I am excited for each day because I feel like I have learned so many skills. There is still a disconnect between teams which I hope will improve

What are some of the best things about your team?
We communicate clearly whenever there are any challenges and we help overcome them. My team is always checking up on me and vice versa.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It used to be in-office town halls, activities and big meetings. Despite some efforts to continue that at home, it's been more work on my plate than any culture/fun/mental break.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Industry-wide averages for yearly salary do not encompass everything I do in this role. I definitely have blurred lines in terms of expectations/work which make me feel like I am paid below the average employee in my position.
