Overall very good. Sometime it feels you are not being considered or welcomed by VERY FEW people. The C-Level and department heads are caring in terms of understanding our situation and giving flexibility, they empathize the situation. Company is growing so the benefits should be expanded as well.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team empathize the situation employee and also of the customer. Regular touch base. Frequent surveys. no blame game. super nice and shuttle tone in any situation. Mostly we see smiling faces even in critical situation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Been here for more than 2 1/2 years. I have established lot of things here from scratch successfully. Team has grown and I have on boarded and off boarded lot of people, the work and the team I handle, requires lot of attention and mental strength. Comparably there should be more benefits and hike.
