Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The cost of living keeps going up. The cost of insurance has gone up, and I only recived a 3% increase last year. I am back to living paycheck to paycheck. Its not a good feeling.

My paycheck should be more
The company say they want to be best is pay but somehow that doesn't reflect on our pay, with the inflation of everything now, whatever money I get pay go right back into bills. Even the insurace increase every year and the pay raise cannot match.
The inflation is too high, it would be better to get higher pay.

They motivate eachothers and we learn from one another
They do their kob on time, and take notes.
