I never been more happy in a job before

I love working at the Breakers! The executive team is really caring and you can tell they think about their staff.

To be honest its the best experience i have had in my lifetime.

Absolutely excellent place to work

It is a good place to work it is just the people who you have to work with

They are able to make decisions with both confidence and empathy, and they adapt to challenges by staying focused on long-term goals while considering the needs of their team.

It feels as if the executive team has us in mind when making decisions, that they hear our frustrations. It is nice to know that they want to help us have an easier time working!

Always keeping there words about everything.

They Listen follow up and they kind and caring loving i think we have the best leadership

Listen more to the staff because our opinion matter.

Been in the company for awhile when i just start it use to be a great company to work for , its still a great place to work but with cast of living so high i think wages should be better and thats why the company is loosing so much good works and cant find good replacement .

The do more than everybody else

When i can send money back home to my family.

I think the hourly should be higher due to the fact that the service charge isn't always going to be consistent.

With the challenging opportunity to be brought into a bigger role with greater responsibility, I would like to see monetary change that reflects this new position.

I would like to get a raise, haven't had a raise in years

I just don't understand the service charges

The setvice charge payout in my department need to be reviewed

I would like the team be more cooperative, more supportive

Majority of them are unmotivated about their duties. Even the workers that are known for their work ethic are being burnt out due to the lack of support from management and poor wages, causing them to stress about meeting payments on time and supporting their family, all while being overworked.

Many coworkers do not respect the management team which leads to petty and immature behavior. They have hot tempers and often refuse to do the basic tasks of their job if they dont feel like. Many people talk behind each others backs and create rumors and drama

Everybody seem to care about each other

The most positive is that they hire people with good attitudes, I feel like that is a really important factor to morale and productivity.

of course the people you around make it great environment to work.

Everyone speaks different language that is awesome

Be mindful that everyone are human inspite of your size,color, class or backgrond

We all have to work together as one

Our management team needs much more leadership development. We are being lead by a department head who divides rather than unites, and creates a hostile environment. This does not match the overall breakers culture

The hours we work are hard enough as is. Whats harder to trying to meet the expectations of management and the guests while still trying to keep sane due to overworking and lack of rest. There is no support coming from management and the only comfort found is supporting coworkers who feel the same.

Being in a friendly environment

What makes me happy is that I do actually see my hard work payoff. Attention to detail and small things end up actually among the difference in a set up, meal period or event!

To see everyone happy and enjoying there work.

When ever I'm communicate with the guest server and the end of service they all leave happy

The guest and how please they are with the service that they receive

The banquets department needs to be completely replaced starting with the director and management.
