What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The front of the house management team needs to be more diverse. Not just one type
listening to the needs and wants of their employees. Providing us with the materials we need Training new employees and not making us be completely responsible fot their training Bringing in new employees that are qualified as opposed to those that are attractive
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Health care coverage and 401K
The insurans and 4 1k
Teaching everyone has a respect
To help my family most important thing
Their all great no complaints at all
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe our hourly rate should be comparable to other Hotel/resorts similar to us that are receiving a higher hourly wage along with relatively the same benefit package
If I get better compensation will be better for me and my family because things are getting expensive every day
I need a better rise
When you working with the people with communication
Hourly paid can be and needs to be much higher
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are team players. We support each other in every way possible.
Always here for each other.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They hire people who arent qualified for this position and just expect you to work around them
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That they want to support us in every Way possible, including all the compensation packages along with all the extra little fun things that they do for us
The all culture, everything is made around it.
I feel really confortable it is the great place to work i'm proud about it
Because I learned a lot from this company

Making money makes me happy at work
Been with my team and been successful everyday.
Because i work one place where everybody have respect other
We always here for each other
Once you and your Team member happy get the work done happy customers is the goal every customer should be happy
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Theres nothing i can do
They used to give us much more benefits like being able to stay there or rent bungalows now they no longer do, the health insurance is just okay, they used to give bonuses or do team outings and no longer do
